Nicol Investment Co Disposes Five-Facility Self-Storage Portfolio in Nashville

Nashville, TN-based Nicol Investment Company has sold a portfolio comprised of five CubeSmart-managed facilities located throughout the Nashville Metro Statistical Area. Hines Global Income Trust purchased the portfolio.

Colliers facilitated the transaction.

The portfolio consists of institutional-quality self-storage facilities in Franklin, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro (two) and Nashville with a total of 3,204 climate-controlled units. In total, there is 341,202 net rentable square of storage space as well as 13,445 net rentable square feet of ground-floor retail.

Each location was constructed within the last three years.
