Nick Dinallo Joins JLL as SVP
JLL has appointed Nick Dinallo as senior vice president to bolster its New Jersey brokerage team and lead revenue-driving initiatives under the One JLL platform.
With 15 years in commercial real estate, Dinallo brings experience in construction management, project development, and navigating building regulations. He joins from Terminal Construction Corporation, where he served as director of Development/Construction Procurement. Dinallo’s background includes diverse projects such as schools, multi-housing developments, and government campuses. At JLL, he will focus on leasing, capital markets, Property Development Services (PDS), and property management.
“Nick brings a diverse and rich skillset to JLL as well as the technical abilities necessary to understand the highly nuanced needs of JLL clients,” said Tim Greiner, Executive Managing Director and leader of the New Jersey Brokerage division.
Dinallo also serves on the Executive Board of the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce and the Executive Committee of the Northern New Jersey Council for Boy Scouts of America.
