Nick Berger Joins The Moinian Group to Lead Leasing
The Moinian Group has appointed Nick Berger as director of Commercial Leasing. Berger will oversee the leasing department’s operations, focusing on driving leasing activity, enhancing productivity, and ensuring adherence to the firm’s standards.
Previously associated with Newmark for 23 years, Berger brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leasing planning and transaction facilitation across diverse portfolios. His leadership role extends beyond real estate, as he serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Pajama Program and volunteers in the Administration for Children’s Services.
