Nicholas Wealth Management Spends $5M for Newly Built Office in Marietta
Nicholas Wealth Management has purchased and relocated its headquarters to a newly constructed office building at 218 Roswell Street in Marietta, GA. The property, the first new office building in Marietta Square in nearly a decade, was acquired for $5.3 million.
Bradley Fulkerson and Austin Hibbard of Transwestern worked with Nicholas Wealth Management in identifying the site, negotiating the purchase and subleasing the firm’s previous space.
“Nicholas Wealth was looking for more than its next office space, the company wanted a permanent home,” said Hibbard. “After an exhaustive search, we uncovered an opportunity with a new build that allowed the firm to design a workplace that reflects its brand and culture and offers employees convenience and accessibility within the walkable, amenitized Marietta Square.”
Marietta Square encompasses dozens of restaurants, shops, galleries and entertainment options.
