Nicholas Residential and SunTx Acquire 270-Unit Bellevue at Avondale in Decatur

Nicholas SunTx RE Partners II, a partnership between Nicholas Residential and SunTx, announced their entrance into the Atlanta market with their acquisition of Bellevue at Avondale Estates in Decatur, GA for an undisclosed amount. 

Built in 2020, Bellevue at Avondale features 270 units of luxury apartment homes. The community boasts many amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool and top-of-the-line fitness facility. 

“This acquisition broadens our approach to purchase the best assets in major markets across the United States,” said General Partner Ned Fleming.

The company seeks to continue their growth strategy throughout prominent U.S. markets, and also recently closed on Bellevue at The Bluffs in Dallas.
