NICAR Receives Three Awards from NAR

The Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS (NICAR) was recently awarded three awards by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) to recognize the local chapter’s accomplishments.  

NICAR received the following awards:

  • NICAR was awarded the Gold Accreditation Award from the National Association of REALTORS®. NICAR has made a commitment to providing commercial services to members, engaging commercial practitioners, and being the voice for commercial real estate in the region.
  • The CGBN (Commercial Global Business Network) Committee was awarded the Silver Badge from the National Association of REALTORS® from their Global Business Council Achievement Program.
  • NICAR Member Amy J. Hall was awarded the National Association of REALTORS® The 2023 Trustees’ Distinguished Service Award.

The NAR accredits NICAR to serve commercial property practitioners in 13 counties of Northern Illinois, including Cook, Dupage, Kane, Ogle, DeKalb, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, Kankakee, Grundy, Will, Boone, and Winnebago. NICAR provides resources, insights and education opportunities to commercial real estate professionals.
