NGO Part of the Solution Opens New Bronx Office
Part of the Solution (POTS), a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting poverty and hunger, has signed an 11,000 square feet lease for their new office at 2450 Grand Concourse, Bronx. The location provides increased programming space, conference rooms, and administrative offices. POTS, , moved into the new space in June 2023.
The office allows POTS to expand services at their primary location on Webster Ave, where they provide dignity and wellness programs, food security, legal clinics, and more. In 2022, POTS served over 37,300 people, provided 3,203,000 meals, and contributed over $36 million in economic value.
Stephen Powers, Lindsay Ornstein, Alexander Smith and Casey Noel of OPEN Impact Real Estate represented POTS in the transaction. Joseph A. Jemal and Alan J. Jemal of Jem Realty represented the building ownership in the transaction.
