NGKF Recruits 5 from JLL

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) expanded its Orange County footprint with the addition of five top tenant and landlord brokers who collectively bring more than 90 years of CRE experience to the table. Joining from JLL are: Jay Nugent, George Thomson, Greg Puccinelli, James Estrada, and Naomi Rizkowsky.

NGKF’s Greg May said, “A brokerage firm today is about people. Having the right people in place to provide a greater depth of client service across the real estate transaction, whether that crosses landlord, tenant, leasing or investment is critical.”

Nugent (who led JLL’s OC Agency group), Thomson, Puccinelli, and Estrada have long combined their expertise to service some of the nation’s leading institutional players, including Torchlight, TIAA, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone/EOP, Steelwave, Parallel Capital Partners, Clarion Partners, Barrons, LNR, CT Realty and Colony Capital.

Nugent explained the move to NGKF “provides us with a strategic opportunity to align with a best-in-class and growing capital markets team.”

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
