NGKF Capital Markets, which has been hired to sell the 2.1-million-square-foot multi-sector portfolio of Sunbelt Enterprises, is getting closer to its goal. The brokerage firm has sold off about half of the assets, representing just under 1.2 million square feet.
The latest transaction was Packing House Square, a 146,749-square-foot, mixed-use development in Yorba Linda. The asset, which has 96,652 square feet of office over four stories, also contains six retail buildings totaling 50,097 square feet.
NGKF has also sold office, retail and industrial assets for the company over the last six months that are located in Moorpark, Oxnard and Las Vegas.
