NGKF Continues Adding to Southern California Roster

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is continuing to recruit top talent. Following the news that Kevin Shannon joined the firm from CBRE to lead its Capital Markets’ West Coast operations as president, an additional 14 investment sales professionals joined him, including Ken White as new executive managing director.

Furthermore, an additional eight people have joined the firm from Cushman & Wakefield. The new team, led by Managing Director Pete Bethea (pictured above), includes Rob Ippolito and Glenn Rudy, who are all capital markets specialists with a retail focus. As a group, they have finalized a total of $2 billion in transactions over the past three years in Southern California.

“These new NGKF retail brokers have established an excellent reputation over the years, and we are looking forward to bolstering NGKF’s retail presence in Southern California as well as the western states,” said NGKF’s Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director Greg May.
