Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is transforming its valuation and advisory practice by hiring four new senior executives: Helene Jacobson, Steve DuPlantis, Ken Audette and Jason Hutchins.

NGKF recently hired John D. Busi, as the new president of its valuation & advisory practice. “With John’s leadership, we are redefining the valuation business,” said Barry M. Gosin, chief executive officer of NGKF.

NGKF plans to quickly grow its valuation practice. Spending less on middle managements, the company will be able to focus in hiring top talent and investing on technology that enhances its productivity. “We have reimagined the format of a traditional valuation practice, so we can devote more capital and more resources to the appraisers,” Busi said.
