Newmark has negotiated an 864,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal with supply chain solutions provider NFI industries at the Perris Distribution Center in Perris, CA. Newmark’s Mark Kegans, Ron Washle and Dean Washle represented the landlord, Ares Management, in the transaction.

Located at 657 Nance St., the two-story, cross-dock facility features minimum 36’ clear height, LED warehouse lighting, 112 dock-high doors, ESFR sprinkler system, 7,000 square feet of office space and concrete truck courts. Perris Distribution Center is proximate to Interstate 215, and neighboring industrial tenants include The Home Depot, General Mills and Amazon.

“Our team was pleased to represent Ares Management in this substantial lease renewal,” said Kegans in a news release. “Perris Distribution Center is in a prime location for logistics and distribution, as evidenced by the location’s top-tier tenant roster.”

The Inland Empire remains one of commercial real estate’s top industrial markets in the country with a vacancy rate under 1%.
