Next Generation: Travis Taylor, Lee & Associates-Houston

In late 2014, Lee & Associates approached Griffin Partners in Houston for acquisition. And, at the time, Griffin’s Travis Taylor became one of the new office’s founding principals. “In addition to helping raise venture capital and promoting an unknown brand to a top-tier market, Travis was instrumental in successfully recruiting the entire brokerage team to the new company,” noted Mike Spears, Managing Principal with Lee & Associates’ Houston office.

In addition to his involvement in training young associates while building and maintaining business relationships, Taylor is active in the Houston community. He volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Breeders Greeters committee, and coaches Little League Baseball.

“I have known several brokers to go out of their way to ensure their children are on his team because they value his coaching methods and dedication to the success of others,” Spears said.
