Next Generation: Inna Gallagher, Rubicon Realty Group-Missouri City (Houston)

In 2004, 19-year-old Inna Gallagher came to the United States from Belarus with $500 in her pocket.
What a difference 13 years makes. Between then and now, Gallagher graduated from Drexel University with a 3.9 GPA, became a real estate agent in Texas and joined Rubicon Realty Group, where she is, in the words of company principal Scott Weaver, a “tenaciously driven deal maker.” As Director of Brokerage, Gallagher has two junior brokers working for her as she pursues deals.

Weaver praised Gallagher’s ability to network with others – “she is never afraid to go up to someone new and start a conversation,” he said. Her natural assertiveness, combined with a genuine interest in people, led Gallagher to multiple transactions. She currently pursues potential development sites for Rubicon, as well.

“This driven deal-maker was, by far, one of the top decisions my business partner and I made regarding our company,” Weaver observed.
