Next Generation Honoree: Teamwork, Collaboration Fuel Deals for Cushman & Wakefield’s Morgan Jackson

Cushman & Wakefield’s Morgan Jackson exemplifies the true meaning of teamwork and collaboration through her passion for the CRE business and excellent attitude, notes Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice Chairman, Marc Renard. She brings an ability to identify trends and formulate investment theses to the team. Those skills were clearly demonstrated during the recent sale of high profile projects such as 8500 Sunset, Rubix Hollywood, Cypress Crossroads and 100 N. Barranca. Jackson is a key member of Renard’s Investment Sales team, having been involved in more than 40 transactions with a valuation exceeding $3.5 billion.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose Jackson to be one of the five 2017 Next Generation Award winners for the California region. Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield 3-1/2 years ago, she has progressed in all aspects of the business in remarkable fashion that has not gone unnoticed. A passion for reading, research and writing lends an intuitive perspective on current and future market conditions. As a result, Jackson is able to identify opportunities for clients and provide proactive solutions.

With the right mix of a positive “can-do” attitude, analytical and creative thinking, she has cultivated meaningful connections with both clients and colleagues alike. Additionally, Jackson has taken on a leadership role of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders group – focusing on professional development programs, as well as philanthropic initiatives.
