Next Generation Honoree: SJC’s Duff Takes the Lead in the Midwest

Brandon Duff founded Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office in 2010, and currently leads a 25-member team as managing director of investment sales, and the regional director and head of the Midwest region. Under Duff’s leadership, the group has established numerous company-wide performance milestones, including best new team launch in 2010, largest single transaction in 2013, and #1 overall investment sales team.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose Duff to be one of the Chicago 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

For over a decade, whether at Stan Johnson Co. or elsewhere, Duff has ranked as a top producer across the Chicago MSA, Midwest region and nationally, where he maintains relationships with many of the industry’s most prominent developers, REITs, institutions and private investors. He has represented hundreds of companies in more than $4 billion of transactions across 43 states.

He’s a founding member of the Stan Johnson Co. President’s Council, playing an active role in the growth strategy and overall strategic direction of the firm’s business activities nationwide. Duff also dedicates his time to serving numerous philanthropic organizations in the Chicago region, and serves on the board of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, which funds both gastrointestinal cancer research and real estate education.
