Next Generation Honoree: NKF’s Sample Brings Silicon Valley Insight to Bay Area CRE

NKF’s Michael Sample brought his technology company experience from Silicon Valley to the world of commercial real estate in 2011. The former Salesforce.com corporate sales executive now represents tech and venture capital firms in their regional and national space searches, bringing first-hand knowledge to understanding his clients’ location and recruitment needs.

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Sample to be one of the California 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Sample quickly established his CRE acumen upon joining NKF, becoming one of the firm’s fastest-rising stars in the Bay Area. He was NKF’s Rookie of the Year in 2012, and in 2013 he became a Top Five Producer in the San Francisco office. The following year, NKF named him to its national list of Rising Stars.

This Next Generation Award winner brings a consultative approach to aligning his clients’ real estate requirements and business objectives, while leveraging market knowledge to secure creative/collaborative environments for their businesses. His clients, which include Brandon Capital Partners, e.ventures, Talkdesk, HoneyBook and GreatPoint Ventures, appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail and ability to keep their interests a top priority.
