Next Generation Honoree: McGregor Brings Drive, Resourcefulness and Capability to Irvine Co.

Since starting at Irvine Company as leasing manager two years ago, Stephanie McGregor has excelled and proven her ability to manage the company’s two-million-square-foot Los Angeles office portfolio, where she is responsible for all aspects of leasing and marketing. In her short tenure at Irvine Company she has negotiated over 720,000 square feet of leases with large and small clients, while maintaining 98%+ occupancy.

That’s just one of the reasons we chose McGregor to be one of the ten 2018 Next Generation Award winners for the California region. Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come. Among the attributes that became apparent early on in McGregor’s tenure with the Irvine Company were her drive, resourcefulness and capability, along with a personable nature and a comprehensive
knowledge of commercial real estate. She quickly adapted to a new market and developed strong relationships with seasoned, top-level brokers. She sees unique opportunities within the portfolio to accommodate customers’ needs and growth, balancing the needs of her customers while applying excellent attention to detail and thinking like an owner.

McGregor’s background in brokerage has helped her develop a quiet tenacity that gets deals done. Her colleagues say her professionalism, confidence and sound business acumen are demonstrated throughout her transactions.
