Next Generation Honoree: Marcus & Millichap’s Mark McCoy Pursues Excellence in Mentoring

Over the past 12 years, Mark McCoy, now with Marcus & Millichap, has participated in more than $1.5 billion in total real estate activity. He has helped secure in excess of $250 million in private equity commitments from institutional groups, developed over three million square feet of commercial real estate space and transacted over $380 million of investment sales. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015, and has since won multiple accolades, from the 2016 Marcus & Millichap Rookie of the Year Award, to the 2018 D CEO Magazine Power Broker Award. He was promoted to sales manager earlier this year.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose McCoy to be one of the Texas 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

McCoy leverages his well-rounded experience in real estate to educate new commercial real estate brokers entering the market.
