Next Generation Honoree: Loredana Perri Develops a New Service Line at Savills Studley

In just three years, Loredana Perri has progressed from assistant to director, project management at Savills Studley’s Chicago office. In just a single year, she has managed often-complex relocations totaling more than one million square feet. She has demonstrated an outstanding track record of professional excellence, drive, resourcefulness and client service during her time with the firm, and clients regularly praise her ability to connect all parties and resources and her success in executing projects seamlessly.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose Perri to be one of the Chicago 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Perri established and developed Move Management Services as a new offering within Savills Studley’s project management platform. Recognizing that some relocation projects require a level of service above and beyond that traditionally offered as a subset of project management, she took the initiative to develop this new discipline. She founded the practice, created marketing materials and pursued projects with current and prospective clients.

At the same time, Perri understands that brokerage, project management and move management services are closely related but distinct disciplines. By leveraging her expertise in build-outs and move management, she creates value early in the process.
