Next Generation Honoree: Jackie Totolo Builds Relationships, Finds Opportunities

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Totolo to be one of the five 2017 Next Generation Award winners for New York. Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
As a managing director for RKF, concentrating on both landlord and tenant representation, she worked on the lease that will bring Whole Foods Market to One Wall Street, an ambitious plan to convert a landmarked office tower in Manhattan’s Financial District to high-end residential and retail space. Whole Foods Market needed sweeping alterations within the proposed glass-enclosed retail base. She helped keep Whole Foods Market engaged at One Wall Street through months of negotiations which several times seemed likely to grind to a halt.
At 980 Madison Avenue, Jackie strategically targeted contemporary fashion brands like Rebecca Taylor, Vince and Sandro, helping to revitalize the retail neighborhood. At the time, brands like these traditionally located Downtown.
