Next Generation Honoree: Fifield’s Senn Makes Projects Beat Expectations

The youngest VP in the history of prolific developer Fifield Companies, Lindsey Senn has a track record of making each project a bigger success than anticipated. Case in point: she managed the lease-up of Fifield’s E2 newly-developed luxury apartment building in Evanston, IL, and its rate of 50 leases per month was 43% faster than the average for the Chicago area.

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Senn to be one of the Chicago 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Quiet and unassuming yet tenacious, especially when there are challenges to overcome, Senn continually looks for solutions for all stakeholders involved in a transaction. In an industry dominated by men who often have years’ more experience, she has proven her value by excelling in the growth and management of multimillion-dollar real estate assets and complex construction financing, securing strong financial results for Fifield and its partners and building relationships with professionals serving all aspects of real estate negotiations.

She is recognized in Chicago commercial real estate as someone with knowledge and poise beyond her years, primarily for her deep understanding of economics and finance — and keen interest in the meaning and outcomes behind the math.
