Next Generation Honoree: DeLorenzo’s an Investment Sales Champ at CBRE

The name Anthony DeLorenzo comes up frequently in media reports about commercial property acquisitions and dispositions in Southern California, and with good reason. The CBRE SVP and his colleagues are considered one of the region’s premier investment sales brokerage teams, providing disposition, joint venture, recapitalization and advisory services on behalf of institutional clients, high net worth owners and foreign investors.

With deals ranging from $6 million to $500 million across a variety of asset types, DeLorenzo has sold over 350 properties, for a total consideration of $4.5 billion, since he joined CBRE fresh out of college. He has received a variety of accolades within CBRE, both regional and global, for investment sales production.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose DeLorenzo to be one of the California 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

A 2012 recipient of CBRE’s RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) Award, DeLorenzo has made serving the community a priority. He founded the Tee It Up 4 Tots charity golf tournament to support the Marine Corp Toys 4 Tots Program. A 2009 alumnus of NAIOP SoCal’s Young Professionals Group, he has come back to serve as the group’s recruitment chair and social chair.
