Next Generation Honoree: CushWake’s David Eseke Brings Commitment to Excellence On and Off the Job

As a director within Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial tenant representation group in Dallas, David Eseke has leveraged his ability to connect, commitment to excellence and formidable work ethic to generate a level of business that is rare for a broker his age. Since joining the firm in late 2011, the 30-year-old Eseke has represented clients in more than six million square feet of leases and sales, including deals in other major markets. Over the past 12 months alone, he has negotiated more than 2.1 million square feet of transactions for major clients across North Texas. He also is a co-developer of Peritus, a process that helps clients realize maximum savings during every step of a transaction.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose Eseke to be one of the Texas 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

However, Eseke’s influence extends well beyond industrial. He’s also notable for civic leadership, now serving as 2018 Young Guns Chairman for The Real Estate Council, an organization with more than 2,000 members. Additionally, he and his wife Morgan are leaders at Merge, a pre-marital ministry at the Dallas-area Watermark Church, designed to help couples understand the covenant of marriage.
