Next Generation Honoree: Greenberg Glusker’s Cherish Hollowed Brings Business Acumen to Law

Counsel in the real estate department of Greenberg Glusker, Cherish Hollowed advises developers, investors, owners and tenants in the acquisition, development, management, finance, leasing and sale of real property throughout California and across the country. Her greatest strength in serving these clients is her ability to approach legal issues with a practical business acumen.

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Hollowed to be one of the California 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Hollowed has shown an exceptional ability to interact and engage with business professionals and clients at all levels, from small business owners to owners of professional sports franchises. She also has shown a unique capability to process complex legal concepts, and explain them to clients in a straightforward and understandable manner. Moreover, she’s able to think outside the box to solve complicated legal issues.

In addition to practicing law at Greenberg Glusker, Hollowed is actively involved in the firm’s recruiting and marketing committees. In particular, she co-created and co-chairs the firm’s annual Fashion Your Network event, which promotes networking among women-owned businesses and provides an opportunity for those businesses to market their products to a wider audience.
