Next Generation Honoree: CBRE’s Beth Moore Sees the Future

Beth Moore was integral to CBRE’s development and recent launch of the Agile Real Estate Knowledge Hub. The free online resource serves as a one-stop shop to help owners, occupiers and sales professionals understand what agility means for real estate strategies, and the opportunities to leverage new models and ideas across the workplace, asset and overall portfolio.

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Moore to be one of the National 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Moore has twice been at the forefront of “the next new thing.” First, she was early to recognize the opportunity to help clients align their real estate with their business objectives, and create a better employee experience through more efficient workplace strategies. She led the development of CBRE’s own workplace transformation, helping to bring the company’s first U.S. Workplace360 office to life at its corporate headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles in 2013.

Second, while following the rise of coworking and flexible space solutions—in particular, their adoption by larger users—she saw the opportunity for CBRE to help both its occupier and investor clients optimize their real estate with agile strategies, and contributed to launching CBRE’s new Agile Real Estate Practice.
