Next Generation Honoree: Benevolence Leads Sands’ Elan Sieder to More Business

“The world’s most likeable net lease advisor” is how Elan Sieder’s colleagues at Sands Investment Group describe him. Beyond affability, Sieder’s approach demonstrates that in business, nice guys can finish first. He’s built such deep-rooted relationships with his developer clients that he’s created a portfolio of repeat business unequaled by any other net lease broker in the Sands Investment organization. His ability to relate and connect with individuals on a personal level has propelled him a cut above his competitors who are pinned to performance.

Those are just some of the reasons we chose Sieder to be one of the Texas 2018 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s second annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

At age 28, Sieder has become the one of the top-performing agents within the company. Looking beyond his own success, he has taken on a host of junior agents to teach his skill sets and strategy of the business and has excelled as a mentor and high-producer in the net lease brokerage community.

Sieder comes from the perspective that there’s plenty of pie to go around, whether that’s cooperating on deals inside the firm or co-brokering his opportunities outside the firm. This position of benevolence continuously leads him to more business.
