Next Generation Honoree: Avison Young’s Alexandra Loye Anchored in PHX MOB

Originally from Reno, NV, Avison Young’s Alexandra Loye was born in Guaymas, Mexico, while her parents were sailing around the world. However she found an anchor career in CRE, following internships at Associated Property Management, as well as at Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego and Phoenix offices, while attending Arizona State University.

After that initial start in the industry, she’s already making big contributions. That is a reason we chose Loye to be one of the ten national 2017 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Starting as a runner at NKF in 2011, Loye quickly rose to associate before joining NAI Horizon. She focused initially on national distressed investment sales in all product types. But it was the medical office sector that piqued her interest most. That led her to GPE Companies, where she partnered with Julie Johnson, a seasoned healthcare broker. Avison Young acquired GPE in 2016, and she promptly earned the Arizona office’s top producer spot.

Loye was named one of Avison Young’s youngest principals, which is quite an accomplishment considering the international company has more than 2,400 real estate professionals. Loye’s team has gained tremendous market share in the healthcare sector, and she is now recognized as one of the market’s leading experts.

Come see our honorees accept their awards at:
