2020 Next Generation Honoree: Berkadia’s Taylor Hill is Involved Across the Spectrum

Taylor Hill is a senior director on Berkadia’s investment sales team in Dallas, one of the company’s top-performing offices nationwide. Since coming together as a team in 2016, the group has closed more than $2.25 billion in multifamily investments sales across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Hill has spent his entire career in commercial real estate, building relationships with private capital and institutional clients across the country.

From a $500-million portfolio to a $3-million single-asset sale, Hill has been involved across the spectrum of multifamily transactions. Colleagues say his competitive personality and unmatched work ethic have contributed to the overall success of the team.

He began his career as an analyst at a national real estate services firm, where he was involved in the execution of more than $1.2 billion in multifamily transactions. For Berkadia, some of his most significant recent transactions include: Watervue, 399 units, built in 2010, Fort Worth; Retreat at Stonebridge Ranch, 464 units, built in 2009, McKinney, TX; and Winding Creek at the Preserve, 314 units, built in 2019, Grand Prairie, TX.

These are just a few reasons we chose Hill to be one of the 2020 Next Generation Award winners for Texas. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
