2020 Next Generation Honoree: Transwestern’s Stuart Carrington Recognized for Team Spirit, Networking Skills

Stuart Carrington has a unique ability to work between services lines and people in the company and industry. Working with both investors and tenants, Carrington has been able to align the goals of both parties to create mutually beneficial transactions across the nation.

Having worked with banks, private equity funds, technology companies and many others, he has become knowledgeable in several industries and businesses, which allows him to think more creatively. He has created a large network of brokers and clients across the country from working on deals from Arizona to New York.

It was these networking skills that led Carrington to receive Transwestern’s 2019 Networker of the Year award for his role in winning business for a variety of teams and service lines.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Carrington to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Carrington has been recognized by his peers as very driven to succeed while maintaining a great team spirit. He has an excellent feel for relationships and understands the importance of cultivating them. Carrington is always thinking about how to do business, no matter the time or place or person, and is always willing to do whatever a deal needs to close.
