2020 Next Generation Honoree: Berkadia’s Scott Wadler is Well-Connected Capital Markets Professional
At Berkadia, Scott Wadler is a capital markets advisor specializing in debt and equity structured finance who serves some of South Florida’s most prominent commercial real estate owners and developers. A well-connected, high-energy professional, Wadler has closed more than $3 billion in deal volume over the course of his career.
Despite having just over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Wadler has played a role in some of the most significant commercial real estate projects in South Florida. In 2019 Wadler sourced the largest construction loan for an office building in Florida in more than a decade on behalf of Russian developer Vlad Doronin’s OKO Group. The $300-million construction loan from MSD Partners financed construction of 830 Brickell, a new office tower adjacent to Brickell City Center.
