2020 Next Generation Honoree: JLL’s Ryan Sitov an Industrial Dealmaker

Ryan Sitov is a VP with JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets Group based in Los Angeles. The group focuses on investment sales of industrial properties and portfolios in the United States as well as equity, and debt raises for real estate development.

Prior to joining the Industrial Capital Markets Group, Sitov was part of JLL’s San Francisco Bay Area Capital Markets Group, where the San Francisco native specialized in the valuation and disposition of office, R&D, retail, land and industrial properties in the Bay Area.

Since joining the Industrial Capital Markets team, Ryan has been involved in more than 85 transactions across the country totaling more than 40 million square feet of property representing a value of $3.2 billion-plus in the past four years. Sitov was honored as part of the team earlier this year, when Connect Media recognized the group among its 2020 Top Broker Award winners.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Sitov to be one of the National 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
