2020 Next Generation Honoree: Colliers’ Robyn Hurrell Recognized for Organization, Unique Approach

Robyn Hurrell’s ability to achieve and assimilate quickly afforded her the opportunity to join JLL and become an associate broker less than three years later, partnering with one of the area’s leading industrial brokers, Ryan Vaught.

In 2018, Colliers recognized Hurrell, recruiting both her and Vaught and tasking them with growing the Central Florida industrial leasing platform and statewide industrial capital markets platform. For that year, Hurrell realized year-over-year revenue growth of more than 120% over her initial year as a broker. Her success has continued to excel with year-end 2019 growth in excess of 50% over 2018 statistics.

Hurrell brings a unique and thoroughly organized approach to Colliers and her industrial team, specializing in high-tenant count portfolio leasing assignments and both local and national tenant representation. By utilizing her experience with high volume assignments, Robyn has implemented efficiencies and best-in-class marketing strategies for her team’s agency leasing assignments. Her business acumen has contributed to her team realizing more than completed transactions, which includes $300 million-plus in dispositions over the past 24 months.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Hurrell to be one of the Florida 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
