2020 Next Generation Honoree: RiverRock’s Annie Littler Rises to Challenges

RiverRock Real Estate Group Annie Littler is a San Francisco-based property manager who welcomes challenges that come her way. She stepped into a very large and complex property management assignment at The Presidio where the position had been vacant for roughly six months. Prior to her arrival the client requests for highly detailed reporting, added deliverables and tenant engagement was rapidly expanding.

In addition to quickly mastering the day to day office procedures, Littler was able to adapt and navigate through an environment of multiple new protocols, procedures and tracking documents to effectively meet the goals of the management team and client. She has shown great dedication to completing assignments with the ability to motivate team members to assist in these projects. And She was the driving force in significantly improving property management KPI scores within a year of her hire date.

Her attention to detail and ability to match the correct individual or team to carry out complex tasks is exceptional. She mentors her support team with strategies to provide best practices in a challenging environment. Littler’s ability to rise to challenges in an overall professional and efficient manner has gained the respect of tenants, clients and RiverRock’s executive team.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Littler as one of the California 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
