2020 Next Generation Honoree: Opus Development’s Olga Olejniczak Pushes to Deliver the Best

At Opus Development Company, colleagues say Olga Olejniczak stands out with her dedication, ambition and pride in her work. Regardless of the task, she always pushes to deliver no less than the best, which is exemplified by her multiple promotions at Opus Development in the past four years.

Based in Opus Development’s Rosemont, IL offices, where she has been real estate representative since August 2017, Olejniczak takes her professional career very seriously and is constantly raising the bar for others with her thoughtfulness and creative problem solving.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Olejniczak as one of the Chicago 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

While working full time, Olejniczak earned her MBA at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment. She was selected from a talented pool of young professionals as one of the 2018-2019 class of Goldie Scholars with the Goldie Initiative, an organization dedicated to providing financial and leadership support to women in real estate.

Olejniczak understands the value of relationships and has taken on extensive responsibility as an active board professional for Real Estate Finance Forum, an organization dedicated to supporting the growth and development of women in commercial real estate.
