2020 Next Generation Honoree: Newmark Knight Frank’s Morgan Monroe Recognized as Champion Communicator in D.C.

Having worked her way into and up the brokerage ranks in her time at Newmark Knight Frank, Morgan Monroe has fought for all of her and her team’s successes. She has been recognized as being relentless in her pursuits, whether they be within or outside of the scope of her responsibilities. Monroe problem solves with a headfirst approach and is very tactical in how she works with others to leverage their strengths alongside her own and has an innate understanding of how various players come together to put a team’s best foot forward.

Monroe values communication and is a champion communicator for her team. Whether it be developing vendor relationships, ensuring that in-house support teams have adequate information to move forward with research and marketing requests, or staying in close contact with owners to keep everyone on the same page through the life cycle of an assignment, Monroe is listened to as a valued and respected member of a high-performing, high-profile team in Washington.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Monroe to be one of the D.C. region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

A true student of the industry, Monroe’s well-rounded approach to her job makes her a valuable voice in the Mid-Atlantic, where she has been asked to participate in leadership discussions as a regional thought leader.
