She is a partner of the Malan Marcello Retail & Investment Advisors, the top performing team at Logic Commercial Real Estate with total transaction volumes exceeding $810 million since 2016.
She started her career in the commercial real estate industry 10 years ago as a Brokerage Associate and has earned her way to serving as Vice President at Logic. Marcello specializes in retail commercial real estate and she is well versed in investment and owner/user sales, national tenant and institutional landlord representation, retail pad and value-add leasing/development opportunities.
Marcello’s 2019 transaction highlights include securing $137 million in sales, $52.3 million in lease value, and representing 1.66 million square feet in Nevada, Texas, and Idaho. She has earned recognition as NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Retail Broker of the Year for 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2020 and has set several local post-recession records for retail investment sale prices and cap rates. Most recently, Marcello was recognized as CoStar’s 2020 Power Broker for Retail Leasing.
Her prestigious client roster consists of institutional owners/investors and national credit retailers and special servicers such as LNR Partners, Starwood, CW Capital, C-III, Brixton, and Midland as well as Starbucks Coffee Company, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Maggiano’s, Raising Cane’s, Noodles & Company, First Watch, Ojos Locos and Palm Beach Tanning, along with private high net worth investors.
These are just some of the reasons we chose Marcello as one of the Phoenix 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
