2020 Next Generation Honoree: Colliers’ Lauren Vecchione Stands Out for Integrity, Work Ethic

Lauren Vecchione is a talented real estate advisor who is highly respected by her colleagues, competitors and clients alike. Vecchione openly collaborates with peers within the Colliers Boston office as well as in the larger business community and always seeks out opportunities to recognize and empower others.

Vecchione has been nominated by her peers for her integrity and judgment, coupled with an unrivaled work ethic, creativity and a desire to broaden her skills, knowledge base and overall real estate acumen. Vecchione leads by example, making herself very present in the office and as a result ultimately inspiring those around her to work harder.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Vecchione to be one of the Boston region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

At Colliers, Vecchione provides brokerage advisory services to a diverse mix of tenants and landlords. On the tenant side, Lauren leads her clients through a comprehensive process beginning with a discovery session and ultimately resulting in a lease transaction. Vecchione is a problem solver by nature and enjoys keeping open lines of communication with her clients so she can keep her ear to the track for interesting, potentially off-market news or opportunities that may interest or impact them.
