2020 Next Generation Honoree: Land Advisors Organization’s Bobby Wuertz is Rooted in Farming

Wuertz comes from a multi-generation farm family in Coolidge, AZ, where he learned a strong work ethic that carries on into an emerging commercial real estate career. Early in his career he learned to value farming and that’s earned respect among farmers and institutional investors. For this reason, his agricultural land brokerage is focused on helping farming families and agricultural landowners to find buyer who also value farming and will be purchasing the land to continue to use for its agricultural value, which is important to those in the agricultural community.
His unique practice allows him to utilize his deep knowledge and experience in the business of farming and the economics of agriculture as well as his multi-generational ties to agricultural communities throughout Arizona and California to bring together sellers and purchasers by understanding their goals and structuring transactions to help his clients achieve their goals.
Prior to Land Advisors Organization, Wuertz was a principle in a 4,000-acre farm operation. At the community level, he founded and currently serves as an executive board member of the Pinal 40 Organization, which supports local youth and promotes agriculture education.
These are just some of the reasons we chose Wuertz as one of the Phoenix 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
