2020 Next Generation Honoree: Transwestern’s Jordan Wade is a Leader in Occupier Solutions

Jordan Wade is one of the youngest members of Transwestern’s Occupier Solutions group. He has quickly risen to be a leader in the Dallas office as well as the national tenant advisory group. In addition to Wade’s servant leadership in the Dallas office, he has been appointed to Transwestern’s board of directors, where he has served for three consecutive years. At age 29, he is the youngest member on the board.

These are just a few reasons we chose Wade as one of the Texas 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Colleagues describe Wade as a careful listener and creative thinker with an impressive ability to develop thoughtful and viable solutions for challenging situations. He recently showcased this when assisting his partners in developing and implementing a consultative strategy for the consolidation of the world headquarters of Heritage Auctions into a new state-of-the-art, 160,000-square-foot facility at 2801 W. Airport Freeway in Dallas, near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. In the works for more than a year, the consolidation moved three separate Dallas locations under a single roof. The space is twice the size of Heritage’s previous location and includes an 8,000-square-foot gallery showroom for public art exhibitions and events, such as collectibles shows.
