2020 Next Generation Honoree: JLL’s Jonathan Rosen is Skilled Networker and Successful Retail Leasing Broker

Through Jonathan Rosen’s first five years working in commercial real estate, he has spent time working at three global firms, Colliers International, CBRE and JLL.

In his time working as a retail leasing broker at CBRE and JLL, Rosen has leased some of South Florida’s most iconic retail assets, including the SLS Lux in Brickell, CitizenM Hotel in Brickell, 4 West Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and 100 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.

During his first two years at JLL, Rosen was promoted to Senior Associate and was the youngest retail leasing broker to win the CoStar Power Broker Award in 2018.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Rosen to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Rosen also launched a popular young professionals commercial real estate networking group in South Florida called Future of Real Estate (FORE). The group now has more than 150 members. Rosen is now expanding FORE to six more major cities (New York, Dallas, Orlando, Tampa, Washington D.C. and Atlanta).
