2020 Next Generation Honoree: Chicago Title’s Jimmy Marino is a Mover and Shaker

Behind the unassuming job title of commercial sales associate is a mover and shaker. Jimmy Marino has secured more than 100 closings in his first three years with Chicago Title Insurance Company, equating to more than $1 billion in transactional volume that the Dallas team likely would have missed otherwise.

Marino was among the first nominees for, and graduates of, Fidelity National Financial/Chicago Title’s Leadership Program, spanning 2019-2020. Within the Dallas office, he has established himself as a mentor and helps manage two sales associates who have joined the team within the past year.

These are just a couple of the reasons we chose Marino to be one of the Texas 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Beyond his involvement with generating business for Chicago Title, Marino is also quite active in the civic arena. A Tuesday night volunteer with the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children since 2017, he founded an annual golf tournament to benefit the organization. He is also a founding board member of the Dallas Gratitude Project, an organization of young professionals that benefits various causes related to The Thanks-Giving Foundation. He also serves the Thanks-Giving Foundation by volunteering for the Stewpot Meal Service program in downtown Dallas.
