2020 Next Generation Honoree: Lee & Associates’ Hunter Stewart is Knowledgeable and Trusted CRE Professional
The youngest senior director in the Raleigh-Durham office, Hunter Stewart consistently exhibits a high level of professionalism that translates into successes for his clients. Since becoming a broker, Stewart has quickly proven himself in the field and has become a trusted market specialist.
With expertise ranging from land and industrial sales to shopping center and mixed-use properties, Stewart is knowledgeable regarding all facets of the industry. Using a data-driven approach, he understands variables such as
demographics, road networks and local trends impacting lease and sales rates, which provides his clients with a valuable advantage.
Growing up around his father’s construction business, earning an MBA, and working for food retailer Fresh Market as a Business Strategy Analyst shaped Stewart’s analytical, detail-oriented approach to commercial real estate. Retailers such as Ruby Tuesday and City BBQ have recognized Stewart’s ability to quickly analyze market data to select new locations to exclusively represent them in the local market.

Outside of work, Stewart devotes his time to the YMCA, Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Pop Warner Football.
