2020 Next Generation Honoree: HFO Investment Real Estate’s Jennifer Shuch Trades Classroom for CRE

Jennifer Shuch is a vital part of HFO’s commercial real estate team as a Senior Research Analyst. The former teacher is tasked with managing HFO’s internal database, tracking properties and transactions throughout the market, and handling specialized research projects to provide the team with the most accurate information possible.

Shuch contributes to HFO’s blog and writes, hosts, and edits HFO’s Multifamily Marketwatch podcast on industry trends. She also writes white papers, opinion pieces for local media, and articles for HFO’s annual Apartment Investor Newsletter. Her prior work experience includes research and preparation of client presentations at Goldman Sachs in Washington, DC, and New York.
