2020 Next Generation Honoree: Newmark Knight Frank’s Henry Kushner Thrives in Challenging Retail Environment

Since joining Newmark Knight Frank approximately three years ago, Henry Kushner has been involved in the closing of more than $300 million in retail real estate transactions. Kushner has vast experience in overcoming complex objectives in order to perform for his clients to close transactions.

Partnered with NKF senior managing directors Drew Fleming and Mark Joines, Kushner’s Atlanta retail team continues to thrive in a challenging environment and close transactions throughout the southeastern united states. Kushner enjoys taking on challenges and providing mentorship to others in business and in his personal life.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Kushner to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
