2020 Next Generation Honoree: CushWake’s David Perez is High-Producing Industrial Broker in Central Florida

David Perez is a managing director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Orlando Industrial Brokerage Services team. Perez was hired by Cushman & Wakefield in April 2012, and has since worked to advance the team’s visibility, market share, overall productivity, as well as diversification of revenue sources.

Since joining the firm, in partnership with Jared Bonshire, Perez has been involved in transactions totaling over $1.4 billion and continually strives to provide best-in-class service to customers both on a local and national level.
