2020 Next Generation Honoree: EBI Consulting’s Dan Balbo is Effective and Intelligent Property Assessor
Dan Balbo started at EBI Consulting in 2010 with no experience in commercial due diligence. Leveraging his experience in engineering, Balbo quickly learned the ropes of property assessment and diligent reporting for clients in their commercial real estate transactions.
Over the past ten years, Balbo has developed a keen eye for problematic issues at properties and has become adept at developing solutions to problems he encounters. He has also developed a great rapport with clients that quickly learned to trust his ability to protect them from bad situations that may threaten their transactions.
More recently, Balbo has taken on the role of training staff who are in the same position he was ten years ago, helping to mentor and guide them into solid performing assessors. Balbo is now also involved in program
management activities with GSEs like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and is working to develop more client relationships and business opportunities for EBI, all the while ensuring that EBI is continuously exceeding client’s expectations.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Balbo to be one of the Boston region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
