2020 Next Generation Honoree: VTS’ Cassie Vitelli is Creative and Determined
Cassie Vitelli’s colleagues at VTS say she brings a vibrant, creative and determined perspective that has become a critical aspect in the success of the company’s products. She manages a team of three VTS employees, who have effectively repackaged and repriced VTS 3, the company’s newest generation of its commercial real estate leasing and asset management platform. Currently, she’s working on a strategic product and pricing strategy for VTS’ newest product, VTS Market, reportedly the industry’s first and only end-to-end transactional leasing marketplace.
These are just a couple of the reasons we chose Vitelli as one of the New York 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Vitelli is actively involved in ‘VTS Gives Back,’ a program that provides an opportunity for employees to participate in company-led programming to improve the local community, including partnering with New York Cares to participate in different programs around the city such as park cleanups and computer classes for the elderly. VTS also has a partnership with Out in Tech, the world’s largest community of LGBTQ+ technology professionals.
In addition to Vitelli’s unwavering passion to drive the success of VTS’ products, she is also an active member of an Albany-based camp and charity called Camp Braveheart, which provides female cancer patients an opportunity to share their life experiences. Specifically, she has been involved in Camp Braveheart’s annual charity fundraisers and auctions.
