2020 Next Generation Honoree: ASB Real Estate’s Cassidy Toth Recognized for Insight and Decision Making Skills

Cassidy Toth has been the primary driver behind and contributor to designing and implementing ASB Real Estate Investment’s research program. Toth has been recognized by her peers for her insightful analysis and decision making, which has significantly helped inform the company’s investment strategy.

Toth has mastered the sourcing and incorporation of large data sets into investment frameworks and models designed to identify market investment priorities and achieve a more data-driven investment approach. She has also been integral to the company’s identifying specific urban submarkets, which fit ASB’s tenant-centric investment strategies, anticipating where tenants want to locate headquarters, business operations, stores and residences.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Toth to be one of the D.C. region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Prior to joining ASB in 2015, Cassidy was a research director for the Mid-Atlantic region at Transwestern, where she provided market statistics, analysis and forecasts for the office and industrial sectors. Cassidy has also held various other real estate research positions at Delta Associates and the CoStar Group.
