2020 Next Generation Honoree: CBRE’s Alex Quinn is Boston’s Go-To Retail Advisory Expert

Alex Quinn joined CBRE in 2017 as an associate with the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services team. Quinn specializes in local and national tenant representation accounts and landlord listings in New England. Being born and raised in Boston, he possesses a strong local knowledge of market trends and real estate hot spots around the city.

At CBRE, Quinn leases Asana Partners portfolio on Newbury Street and Harvard Square. He is also State & Liberty Clothing Company’s national broker. Quinn’s recent Boston deals include Topdrawer, Reformation, Allbirds, Free People, Patagonia and Bluestone Lane Coffee.

Quinn has been nominated by his peers for his in-depth knowledge of all new developments and active tenants in the market. He has been in the industry for only 4 years but possesses strong deal making skills and the ability to communicate with both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining CBRE, Quinn worked as an urban retail associate for The Dartmouth Company.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Quinn to be one of the Boston region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
